The home provides staff throughout the day and night to meet residents' needs. Team members include care staff, kitchen staff and auxiliary staff, supported by the management team. Staff can be identified by their Lakenham tunics.

Recruitment and training
Credentials and references are checked, together with Disclosure and Barring Service checks, before employment begins. New staff undertake a thorough induction and training programme, including the Care Certificate.
Team members are encouraged to gain recognised health and social care qualifications. The home also provides ongoing training covering essential social care skills and standards, delivered by appropriately qualified tutors.
